Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment
Global Fashionistas Note: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). International customers may be subject to customs duties upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Denim Diva pieces as much as we love creating them. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging with all protective coverings
Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Jumpsuits & Rompers if the hygiene seal has been removed. All other items from our Dresses, Jeans, Shorts, and Skirts collections are eligible for return.
How to Return

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (depending on your financial institution)
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for your replacement item.
International Returns
For our global customers outside the U.S.:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties
