Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Our boutique-quality standards apply to returns just as they do to our collections.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on our Jumpsuits & Rompers collection if the hygiene seal has been removed. All other items from our Dresses, Jeans, Shorts, and Skirts collections are eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our boutique customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for a seamless process.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with your return authorization and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our San Diego boutique using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for your replacement item.
International Returns
For our global fashionistas outside the U.S., please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement with the same care we put into our premium denim craftsmanship.
